Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your CaptchaLoot account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@innotechsolutions.org from the email address you used to sign up.
  2. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
  3. We may ask you to confirm your identity so nobody else can delete your account.
  4. We will confirm once the request has been processed.
Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • Your Caps balance and unredeemed rewards
  • Gameplay history linked to your account

What we may keep

  • Records we must keep by law
  • Limited data needed for fraud prevention
  • Anonymised statistics that don’t identify you

Deleting your account is permanent. Unredeemed Caps cannot be recovered afterwards.
