1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, signing in to or using CaptchaLoot you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Rewards may depend on your region and eligibility.

3. The service

CaptchaLoot lets you solve CAPTCHA-style visual challenges created and controlled by CaptchaLoot and earn Caps when your answers are successfully validated. CaptchaLoot is not a third-party CAPTCHA-solving service and does not solve CAPTCHAs for websites or other services.

4. Caps

Caps are CaptchaLoot's internal reward units. They are not legal tender, have no cash value on their own, and may be used only toward available rewards under the current Reward Terms. Your balance and transactions are managed by our servers; the app does not allow you to modify your own balance. We may correct errors in any balance.

5. Rewards and redemption

Available rewards, eligibility requirements, minimum redemption amounts, processing times and other conditions may vary and are described in the Reward Terms. Rewards are subject to eligibility, availability, validation, fraud prevention and these Terms. We do not promise or guarantee any particular level of earnings.

6. Advertisements

CaptchaLoot may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Completing a rewarded ad may unlock additional eligible challenges but does not itself grant Caps, cash, vouchers or another monetary reward.

7. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automated requests or automated solving.
• Use modified or manipulated app clients or manipulate our APIs.
• Submit replayed or duplicate answers.
• Create or use multiple accounts to abuse rewards, or share your account.
• Manipulate referrals or rewards.
• Attempt to bypass limits or security controls.

If we suspect a breach, we may hold or cancel rewards, restrict or terminate your account, or take other action.

8. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the Delete Account page.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its challenges, design and content are owned by or licensed to Innotech Solutions. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app in line with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Reward Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
