1. Who we are

CaptchaLoot: Solve & Earn ("CaptchaLoot", "we", "us") is a challenge-based rewards app published by Innotech Solutions, A-134, Lane No 13, Block A, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110096, India. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the CaptchaLoot app and this website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Personal info — such as your name, email address and profile details provided through secure sign-in.
• Device or other IDs — such as device identifiers and advertising identifiers used for security, fraud prevention and ads.
• Gameplay and account activity — such as challenge submissions, validation results, Caps balance, transactions and referral activity.
• Diagnostics and analytics — such as crash logs, app performance and usage events.

3. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To generate challenges, validate answers on our servers and credit Caps.
• To detect and prevent bots, automation, multiple-account abuse, replay submissions and other fraud.
• To process eligible reward requests under the Reward Terms.
• To show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads.
• To improve the app, fix problems and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. In our Google Play Data safety section we declare that no data is shared with third parties. Service providers that process data on our behalf (for example hosting, authentication and advertising technology) act under their own terms and privacy policies, and we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our users and the reward system.

5. Advertising

CaptchaLoot may display advertisements. Advertising partners may use device identifiers to show and measure ads. Where a rewarded ad is offered, completing it may unlock additional eligible challenges; it does not itself grant Caps or any monetary reward.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Your balance and transactions are managed by our servers and cannot be modified by the app client. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. When you request deletion, we delete or anonymise your data except where we must retain it by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access or correct the information in your account.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data — see our Delete Account page.
• Opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings.
• Contact us with any privacy question or complaint.

9. Age requirement

CaptchaLoot is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page.
